CARMELIZED BACON
1 pound sliced bacon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
Cut each bacon strip in half widthwise. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a container that you can dip the bacon into. Coat the bacon and twist. Place on a baking pan (lining w/ parchment paper will make an easier cleanup). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
(Can be placed in airtight container after cool and frozen for up to 1 month. Just bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.)
